1. Scope
Paid PaperEnjoyer plans and credit packs are coming soon. This policy describes future purchases completed through Paddle. It does not create a purchase or charge for downloading the current free app.
Paddle will be the merchant of record. Its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms govern transaction refunds, subject to your mandatory rights. PaperEnjoyer offers no additional unconditional money-back guarantee.
2. Refund eligibility
Refunds depend on applicable law and Paddle’s policy. A discretionary request within 14 days is not a guaranteed refund. Regional withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or misdescribed products remain available. See Paddle’s policy for the rules and deadlines applicable to your location and transaction.
Using an AI feature does not, by itself, establish a valid waiver of statutory rights. Any exception depends on the legal requirements, including consent where required.
3. Requesting help
For a Paddle order, use Paddle’s buyer support or the support link in your receipt. Paddle handles the payment refund. You can also email us for help identifying an order or resolving a product problem.
Include the purchasing email, order reference if available, purchase date and a brief description of the issue. For a technical problem, an app version and a redacted screenshot can help. Do not send passwords, API keys, complete card numbers or confidential papers.
For missing entitlements, duplicate charges or a failed task, contact [email protected]. A support investigation does not require you to give up a legal remedy or let a statutory deadline expire.

When subscriptions launch, use the management link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle to cancel before renewal. Your paid benefits continue through the current period; cancellation stops future renewals. Cancellation and a refund request are different actions.
Uninstalling PaperEnjoyer does not cancel billing. Contact us if you cannot locate your receipt or need assistance.
5. Credits and refunded access
Credits measure use of PaperEnjoyer’s software. The planned registration gift has no purchase price to refund. Purchased packs do not expire through monthly resets or ordinary subscription cancellation, but they remain subject to any refund or reversal of their purchase.
A correction to an incorrectly charged task allowance is an account credit adjustment, separate from a payment refund. We will investigate usage discrepancies rather than promise that every unsuccessful task qualifies for the same remedy.
If a purchase is refunded, access or credits attributable to that purchase may be withdrawn. A cash-redemption restriction does not override an applicable purchase-refund right.
6. Policy changes
We will date future changes on this page. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an earlier transaction. Keep your receipt and the purchase terms for reference.
