A welcome to new readers

Every account receives 300 welcome Credits, valid for 30 days. Existing readers receive this gift on their first return after the update. Gift Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Eligible new accounts can purchase their first month of Lite for $2.49 within 30 days of registration, once per account. It then renews at $4.99 per month unless cancelled.

Monthly credits, then purchased credits

Subscription credits are used first. Purchased credits cover usage after that allowance is exhausted. Lite and Pro rollover is limited by both the age and the balance cap shown above; excess does not accumulate.

Credits measure use of PaperEnjoyer features. They are not money, an investment or a transferable balance. Separate providers may charge for services you connect yourself. Each request is rounded down to a whole Credit. Usage below 1 Credit costs 0 Credits.

Renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew monthly on the billing schedule shown at purchase. The monthly allowance refreshes at the start of each subscription period, not necessarily on the first day of the calendar month.

Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. Your current paid benefits last until the period ends; new paid-plan allocations then stop. Purchased credits remain. Refund requests are addressed in the policy linked below.

Your library after a downgrade

If stored data exceeds your new plan’s limit, existing data is retained. New uploads are restricted until you free enough space or upgrade.

Changing a subscription does not make your purchased credits expire. Account deletion and refunded purchases are handled separately under the terms and privacy policy linked below.
